Nappa is my favourite all-time vegetable- It is so sweet that every time we open up the row cover to expose the plants to the open air, every insect in the county starts to make its way over for a snack!
Nappa is very challenging to grow organically which is why we are very pleased to share our crop! Nappa is really tasty raw in salads particularly with cubed watermelon and a little bit of mandarin and and Feta. If you plan to cook with Nappa it must be the last thing in the stir-fry and never on heat for more then a minute.
